Ahilya Asthan is in Ahilyagram near Kamtaul, in Jale block of Darbhanga. Its temple is associated with Ahilya and the sage Gautam. The district account recounts the Ramayana tradition of Ahilya and Rama, and describes fairs for Ramnavami and Vivah Panchami. These are religious associations and recurring observances, not an archaeological date or a current event programme.
